Return Policy

This Exchange policy applies only to purchases made on the www.jewelstorepk.com website and does not apply in Store Purchase ! For items purchased through the www.jewelstorepk.com website, we accept exchange within 7 working days of the shipment date, Items must be returned in their original condition, must show no signs of wear, and must be accompanied by any and all original packaging.

Any promotional or sale items will not be eligible for exchange or if any free gift included with your order must be returned along with your item, or the retail value of the promotion/sale items will be deducted from your Exchange of Product.

In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective for this we request our customers to capture a Video of Opening the parcel at the time of when you open the parcels, Your captured video can be emailed or WhatsApp to the Given Number. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items lost or stolen while in transit. For security purposes, when you are responsible for shipping, we strongly encourage you to choose a shipping method we are signed up with or that includes tracking and insurance.

We process EXCHANGE within 3-5 business days of receiving the item and once the item is received, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
